The Dunk On Memorial Day

Has anyone jumped into Lake Michigan on Memorial day?

I have. You would not believe how cold it is.

My dads friend has a boat so we go out on the lake ALL the time.

We usually go swimming once were in a good place to swim.

So we all went out on Memorial day and I decided I wanted to go swimming so I jumped in.

Boy, was that water cold!

It wasn't like pneumonia cold but it was still pretty dang freezing!

So I'm paddling around the boat going as fast as I can ( So I dont freeze)

and I call to my dad saying "Ccccomme onnn innn ddad the wattters fffine!"

Surprisingly he didn't believe me.

Just shows how smart I am!
